Sur ce vaste p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre, le troupeau de bisons bernois se disperse en qu\u00eate de nourriture \u2013 plantes et tubercules, racines, champignons voire \u00e9corces d\u2019un jeune arbre. Sans se laisser distraire par le public qui contemple ces mammif\u00e8res g\u00e9ants \u00e0 trois ou quatre m\u00e8tres au-dessus du sol, depuis la passerelle de bois longue de 250 m\u00e8tres qui m\u00e8ne au c\u0153ur de l\u2019enclos.<\/p>\n<p>Un troupeau de cerfs \u00e9laphes s\u2019\u00e9bat entre les bisons. En automne, le brame de l\u2019imposant m\u00e2le en rut r\u00e9sonne loin \u00e0 la ronde, dans la for\u00eat et sur les berges de l\u2019Aar.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;24691&#8243; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;21450&#8243; add_custom_caption_class=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Neben den Wisenten lebt eine Rothirschherde im Berner WisentWald.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Outre les bisons, un troupeau de cerfs \u00e9laphes vit dans la for\u00eat aux bisons bernoise.<\/h2>\n<p>Il s\u2019en est fallu de peu que le bison, plus grand mammif\u00e8re terrestre d\u2019Europe, disparaisse enti\u00e8rement en 1919. Une bonne planification a heureusement permis de pr\u00e9server les derniers sp\u00e9cimens sous la garde humaine, de les \u00e9lever puis de les r\u00e9introduire dans la nature. Dans les r\u00e9serves d\u2019Europe orientale o\u00f9 avaient v\u00e9cu les derniers bisons en libert\u00e9. Le parc zoologique de Berne contribue depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans, par son activit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9levage, \u00e0 la r\u00e9introduction du bison d\u2019Europe dans la
