Inheritances and legacies

Settling your own estate is a very personal matter. In addition to your loved ones, make the Bern Animal Park a beneficiary in your will. In doing so, you support the animal kingdom in the zoo, our research for the benefit of animal welfare, our commitment to more biodiversity as well as our nature and species protection projects.

Money from inheritances and legacies to the Bern Animal Park is collected in the Gabus Fund. The Gabus Fund is managed by the Finance Administration and 100% of the money is available for the animals and facilities of the Bern Animal Park. The Gabus Fund is tax-exempt.
